Cooking Tips
7 minute cooking time. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add a pinch of salt. Simmer for seven minutes, stirring occasionally and checking until it is al dente, just soft enough to bite through. Drain and serve immediately.
Pasta cooking time is an art rather than an exact science and depends on variables like the volume of water or heat level used. To enjoy gluten free pasta at its best, please do the al dente test to get the cooking time right. Pasta will continue to soften just a little, even after it is drained.
